This luggage is epic! Being able to push 3 bags with one hand and still have another hand for a stroller with 3 kids is next level. We can finally travel smarter.
I ordered a set of three bags in October. I liked them so much I ordered a fourth bag. Unfortunately the medium sized bag handle stopped working on its first use. I sent an email to customer service. Quickly I received word that a new one would be sent. That sounded good BUT the weeks are ticking by and my best size bag is the not functioning! I guess I will try to return.

Overall I like the product. The wheels on both cases work REALLY well, very easy to roll about. I like the external charging port, and the cases look and function very nicely. The hooking together function worked exactly as I'd hoped. HOWEVER, I took it down one star because the corner of my carry on bag got immediately completely crunched, like punched in, after a single trip. I was able to go from the inside and pop it back out but it still looks all crunched up now, so I'm a bit worried about the overall durability
Would love to rate this better because the actual luggage I DO have seems nice but unfortunately I have not received the fourth piece of luggage that I ordered. I have emailed three times, called (but can’t leave a message because apparently this company doesn’t take phone calls), sent an Instagram DM, and used the chatbot on the website, and NO ONE has responded to me. So it’s safe to say I am incredibly unhappy and frustrated.

Velcro is super strong on newer version. Fits more than the soft ones. But the wheels don’t cooperate when connected like the soft ones do. Kind of disappointing. Still best luggage ever
I think he’ll enjoy the set. It’s well crafted.
I am a travel agent and I spend a lot of time traveling. I have tried luggage after luggage and tach is hands down the best!!!! The durability along with the ease of connecting multiple pieces are some of my favorite qualities. I own both the hard and soft and love them both equally. I since have gifted almost every member of my family with a set. And they all have LOVED their tach luggage!!!! It really came in handy when I traveled by myself with my two grandsons for a two week long trip. Without being able to securely connect all our luggage I could not have done it! It rolled so easily and I literally had a train of luggage lol. I was able to push it all along with a stroller with no problems at all. Now if it only came in pink ;)

Haven’t traveled with it just yet, so can’t speak to durability, but the luggage looks great, spacious, love the features and I think it will work out great for what we need.
The design of the bag to grab to the carry-on is great! May be a little annoying to disconnect but it serves its purpose. The zipper on the 24 in needs a little tug to open or close at times which isnt great but as long as it does not break off it is tolerable.
Overall I am happy with the purchase and can't wait to try them out!
I LOVE my new Tach luggage set. It made traveling so easy and convenient, especially when traveling internationally and you have to put your luggage through the customs screening before leaving the airport. I just placed them on the belt attached and they went right through.
I hope you continue to make the cloth design! It is easy to pack more items because the material expands better!!! Remember your winning combination you have in ‘Tach Lite’ it holds and keeps your clothes ‘Just Right’😄
Love my set I ordered one green set and one purple set.DONT understand why my green set is lacking the inside zipper pockets,whereas the PURPLE SET HAS THE ZIPPER POCKETS IN ALL 3 suitcases. DID I MISS SOMETHING IN THE DESCRIPTION ( the description were identical)
I was looking for a way for one person to manage the luggage of two people on extended trips. This seems to be a great solution for us. We didn't need or want the really big suitcases, but the two 24" size, or that plus one carry-on should work well for us.
I'm not a fan of the clamshell split open mode that all the hard-sided suitcases use these days; I think I would have preferred the older soft-sided version (though occasionally looking out an airplane window and seeing bags sitting in the rain on the tarmac can make hard sides seem better).
It would be nice if the pull strap had some way of storing external to the bags; that would be more useful than the gimmicky water bottle holder.
All in, I'm quite happy with the purchase, and thankful to the acquaintance who revealed the existence of these nifty bags to me.
We have had our TACH luggage for about 3 years. It’s been on about 15 major vacation’s. Around Europe, UK, cruises, Hawaii and all around the USA-we love it. Everyone asks us what the name of the luggage is and where can they buy it. It’s to the point that we tell them “just take a picture.” We shout TACH luggage to the masses-we think we are part of TACH sales team, at this point haha. All six pieces of our TACH luggage has held up well and the customer service is OUTSTANDING.
If we could get a little bigger wheels, as rolling on carpet, over cobblestones etc can be a bit dicey-the bigger wheels would be smoother. Also a reinforced handle, these would be the superstar’s of the luggage world. They say, when you pull them use the strap, which we usually do, but when we have 6 pieces together someone has to be in the back to “steer” the suitcases. We have noticed our handles are a little loser on the big pieces of TACH and our roll boards than they use to be-but still holding up. I am sure the smaller wheels and the plastic casing on the handles are to help keep the weight low. We use our luggage so much we’d take that trade off. No matter what-it makes travel a million times easier. We don’t rent carts at airports, we do it all ourselves and people are AMAZED.
I’m pretty sure we are the walking build board for Tech Luggage-it makes life so much easier and no need for a luggage cart! You WILL be stared at a lot, because no one can believe how AMAZING this idea is. It’s our own luggage train and it’s don’t MILES-this luggage is worth every penny!
I am so impressed with this luggage. The wheels glad effortlessly across most surfaces. The ability to join the carry-on with my checked luggage and not have to fuss with two suitcases at one time is great. I also think of it as a safety element while traveling through the airport, subway, train stations, and city streets. It allows you to always have one hand free to carry your purse, coffee, or anything else. The inside of the luggage is super deep and allows you to get more inside without your items being crushed or overly wrinkled upon your arrival at your destination. The TSA safety lock is a must have and you of course get to set your own code. I do not think I can ever go back to any other brand of luggage.
Tach luggage is the best luggage I have ever had and so worth the investment. I injured my hip about 2 months before our trip to Italy and Greece. I wanted luggage I could manage in my own. I found Tach a couple of weeks before the trip and they arrived in time. They were stylish and very user friendly. I had the three connected and on top I place 2 large personal items. So a total of 5 items I was able to manage even with my injury. The wheels roll so smoothly over cobble stone, airport carpet and uneven pavement. A challenge for all other luggage. I do have a suggestion to make the handle wider, and a little thicker. It helps when pulling all 5 items.

We have stopped checking bags because our airport is horrendous with baggage claim. I often travel with my two young kids and I found Tach luggage by specifically googling “luggage that sticks together”. It has been amazing! I am able to push a stroller, put the tach carryons on my wrist and pull them all at once. They are a perfect size for easily fitting into the overhead compartments and are easy to take apart when my daughter insists on “pulling her own”. I definitely recommend!
Loved the bags, however, the handle on the largest bag got stuck in the up position, finally was able to get it down, but impossible to get it back up to use
Never thought luggage could make such a difference in a trip. This is a well thought out design and a quality peace of luggage.
The 3 piece sets fit inside each other so you can come back with more than you brought and save money on the extra luggage fees there.
When I had to tote luggage and dog kennels around I was able to tote three luggages, back packs, and 1 dog kennel with ease thanks to the connectable feature and the pull strap.
